"Hands down one of the nicest quality resorts. From the staff, rooms, location, food and service. I recently got married here and everything was amazing! I can not say enough good things about Kristin Gernaat in sales. She is amazing at what she does and we were so lucky to work with her. If you are looking to have a group or event at Ocean Key and get to work with Kristin, consider yourself lucky. Also, don’t forget to enjoy their incredible Rum Punch during check-in :)"

"Great location. 15 to 20 minutes walking distance from everything downtown. Limited parking. Great staff. Cute rooms. AC was perfectly cool. Swimming pool was delicious. Gratis breakfast had all the basics. If you want a more elevated breakfast, there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The staff was exceptional."

"Everything about my stay here was wonderful! The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and accommodating. The restaurant and bar downstairs is amazing! The bar tender outside was very great at his job and so friendly. Beautifully accommodated my dog as well. I would definitely recommend staying here. My one and only complaint is that the bar/restaurant isn't open later than 10pm! But it's no big deal because you can hop on the complimentary shuttle to Duval St where they'll have drinks and food until 4am!"

"This resort is my favorite place to stay in the lower keys. Every time I stay here, the entire operation is a 5 star experience. My group had a wonderful time. We usually arrive by boat and stay for a weekend. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and very nice. The marina staff is always accommodating and the marina is a top notch facility. The food and drinks are phenomenal. We will keep coming back!"

"Stayed here in early March, this hotel is really worth spending time and money. One of the best hotels in Key West. This hotel is very close to the airport and thethe downtown. You can see the ocean opposite to the hotel. They provide complimentary parking, American breakfast and drinks per night per person. The rooms are very well maintained, well equipped, neat and clean and beautiful view outside. I wish we could stay in this hotel whole day or more days. Definitely worth try."

"Looking for a place to stay in Key West isn’t easy. There are lots of options to pick from. We wanted to be close enough to walk to Sloppy Joy’s as our trip to Key West was mostly to see a band we like called Steal The Sky.
On another visit we stayed in the southeast corner of Key West but needed to take a bus or taxis to town. The Garden House is located right in town so everything is within walking distance. We were a little nervous as it was called cozy. It is cozy but in all the right senses of the word.
Our room had a king size bed, small but nice bathroom and just outside was a rooftop deck with lots of chairs. I liked that we were on the second floor giving a bit more privacy. We didn’t plan to spend much time in the room but wanted a clean and comfortable room, which it was.
Downstairs is the pool, deck and breakfast area. Breakfast is served from 8 to 10 with coffee starting at 7:30. The pictures tell the story. For us it was a 5 Star inn. There are a few off street parking spots for $20 a day. This made it easier and safer for our visit. I think we would have found street parking but didn’t want to worry about finding a spot.
Like everyplace in Key West the roosters will wake you up. We always travel with ear plugs. When eating downstairs the roosters want food. Be careful as they will bite when taking the food from your hand. If you don’t feed them they will not bother you.
Can’t wait for our next visit here.

"Definitely 5 stars all the way! We received a champagne welcome from the friendliest staff ever! PET FRIENDLY...bring your fur babies! They own the marina and the captain's quarters are yours, also, to use at your leisure. We were upgraded and got the first floor room with the patio that has a private entrance to the pool area, but EVERY room has a private balcony. The interior designer was spot-on and the details are amazing!"

"It is a very well located hotel. You must bear in mind that it is not a 5-star hotel, but it has everything you need to make your stay very pleasant. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Everything clean and in order. They accept pets, so my dog was very happy. Ample parking. It has 2 swimming pools, all very cool. Var staff excellent service. Very tasty drinks, don't forget to try the tacos. Very close to the hotel you have Starbucks's, Restaurants, etc. The location is magnificent. The lobby staff are very attentive. Price service is excellent. If any should improve, it is 1 the ice machines in the corridors do not work and 2 they should change the mattresses, the one in my room was not 100% comfortable, but everything else was excellent. 100% recommend this hotel."

"This was my second stay here. One was 2 years ago, the second just recently. First stay was good, this stay was EXCELLENT!!! I got texts beforehand reminding me of upcoming stay the day before. Text asking for any special request to make my stay more enjoyable. Just reply or call, I did have a request and it was taken care of. Also if uou bring your dog, there is a fee... But they give you a cute dog mat, 2 collapsible bowls, and a dog bag holder with bags. All with the Havana Cabana logo. And sunglasses with logo for you! I like little momentos like this, so it was a bonus. Every staff member I came in contact with was very helpful and pleasant. That gave me that resort feel, and really enhanced my vacation. They also have water stations around and give free fresh churros in the afternoon daily. Towels poolside, bar and food truck right there, and outdoor games too. Cornhile/bean bags, life size Jenga and Tic Tac Toe. Good amount of tables and lounge chairs near pool area. Rooms were clean and cozy. Free shuttle to and from downtown is a plus. Bathrooms could use a remodel, and some cracked tiles around pool should be replaced are my only negative feedback. Regardless I will return recommend to anyone going to Key West. Thanks Havana Cabana!"

"The resort is beautiful. The location is fantastic! The service was great. I didn’t hear one jimmy buffett song the whole time though. It would’ve been great to have it by the front door and by the pool areas. The brunch was the best I ever ate! Our server Borsh (sp?) was fun and energetic! All the mess from bistro were great. In room dining was accommodating. Valet Attendants and bell service were quick and efficient. One day though our rented electric car must’ve been given to someone else because we got it the next day half charged and full of beer cans which I’m still laughing about. Lynette at the pool was nice and kept the area clean. The step from the balcony into the room needs a sign to watch your step. Holy cow it’s steeper than you’d expect. We used concierge to book to trips and she was awesome and so knowledgeable. All in all we had a great time. We will definitely be back. We’ve stayed at other places but for that location the price is fair and accommodations were stunning. Thumper is one cool dog! Thank you for a great vacation."

"Had a wonderful 'sister' get away and couldn't have asked for a more charming place to stay. Victor and the team were friendly, courteous and the grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Appreciated that the gate to the property is locked at night and only accessible to guests and it was probably one of the quietest places I've ever stayed. The kitchen facility could use some upgrades such as knives to cut veggies, toaster, glassware or pans for cooking. We loved the Inn and staff so much that we are already making plans to return next year! Thank you for making our stay wonderful!"

"The Hyatt centric is such a beautiful destination. Guest rooms are sleek and the views are tranquil. The hotel is in such a great location where you’re just steps from downtown, yet when you return to the hotel you get the peaceful ambiance and the most perfect views from the pool and dock. Such a nice oasis away from the hubbub of the nightlife. Bikes are complimentary for two hours which is a perfect way to see the sights. Staff is above and beyond with their hospitality and knowledge of the area. Such a great trip and would for sure do it again."

"It is SUCH an amazing feeling when you walk into an establishment and are greeted by the staff there like they are truly DELIGHTED to see you even though you've never met them before!! One rarely will experience this but you will here!
Jeremy made such an amazing first impression that even if everything else was unimpressive I likely would not even have noticed. That was not the case though and I will get to those details! But first, Jeremy, property manager,
greeted me like he was so happy I was there! He and this supervisor then went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure our stay was exceptional! We are forever, forever grateful! (My dad is still doing well by the way Jeremy! 🙂
Kassandra was just as lovely with a brilliant smile and warm professionalism that was just outstanding. She too was extremely helpful.
The rooms are impeccably clean and comfortable. The property is modern and well appointed in every regard. You will also have access to their other lovely resort properties in the area which are very close by! The landscaping is immaculate. The pool was sparkling clean. Housekeeping staff were awesome! The parking was complementary and plentiful with generous sized spaces. Jeffrey the resident cat is adorable and everyone here will make your pets feel super welcome - that in itself was wonderful! You will simply feel so much peace here! I did not want to leave upon check out and would have gladly stayed so much longer if possible.
I will certainly return very soon!
This property is highly recommended without reservation by me and you will not regret treating yourself by booking a stay here!!"

"This hotel really is beautiful! Everything seemed new, the hotel isn't too big but the room was enormous. We booked a room for three and practically got a 1 bedroom apartment with a full living room area with pullout couch, a full kitchen with burners, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker and equipment to cook, a nice large bathroom with a beautiful shower and two big queen beds in the main bedroom. There was a nice outdoor pool with some activities right in the middle of the courtyard, and you're across the street from the ocean view."

"My husband and I only had one night in Key West this trip, so our stay at Ambrosia Key West was a short visit. However, next time we get a chance to visit again, we will definitely stay longer and stay at Ambrosia!!! Lexi is the manager and she was very friendly and accommodating. First, we arrived earlier than check in time, but she had us in a room within the hour. Lexi gave us a tour of the grounds, explained the amenities, and was very knowledgeable about the area, as we were asking her about a good place for dinner, etc. Ambrosia is beautiful! During our brief stay, we enjoyed the pool, used the bicycles to get around Key West, and had a fantastic breakfast provided for us the next morning to enjoy outside in their lush and tropical grounds right outside our room. Everything about our stay was just perfect! We chose Ambrosia because we were bringing our older dog and their location was within walking distance of the Southernmost point buoy, Mallory Square and a nearby dog beach. So, if you're looking for pet friendly accommodations where the humans get spoiled, too, Ambrosia is the place to stay in Key West!

"My friend and I absolutely loved our stay at Old Town Manor! The staff were all so nice and helpful and the atmosphere of the B&B is immaculate. You have to try their fruit infused waters! Every day, it's something different. It's a super old but charming mansion built in the late 1800s. If you stay here, you have to eat the breakfast in their courtyard. The hotel cat and dog were so cute and just added more charm to the place. The rooms are all super unique (we stayed in the King William Room). FYI before you stay, it's an old building so your electronics may blow a fuse so be aware that you're in an old building and treat it as such. The location is perfect... right next to Duval St. but also relatively quiet at night. Parking is hard to find in Key West if you aren't a resident and the hotel has the option for you to park in the Old Town Garage (which I highly recommend doing). Overall, it was an amazing time and a comfortable stay. We would stay here again! Thank you, Old Town Manor!"

Fully equipped kitchen and you have access to bikes, beach chairs, beach towels etc. Our suite had it's own private pool and patio space. We really enjoyed it. The inn is dog friendly which is great for us as we usually travel with our dog. The pool isn't heated which isn't a huge deal but should be aware. "Delightful place to stay! In the middle of the action but far enough from the big bars to get a good night sleep. Room was clean and well stocked with a little kitchenette that had just enough stuff to service breakfast snacks or a late night key lime pie. Shower had great water pressure. Beds were fairly comfy, spring mattresses, but sturdy. A/C runs nice and cold and there were plenty of outlets. Staff were very nice and let us leave our luggage for a bit until our flight left."

Rose Lane Villa was Quiet Peaceful . Very Convenient Just East of Dual Street , yet noise could not disturb us .
Just strps away ftom dining and shopping .
Few blocks to Kermit Key Lime Pie and Coconut Key Lime Pie .
The entrance to the Villa was easy to operate key pad on door .
We stayed on Alt #25 it was an Excellent Experience for Us . Located on 2nd floor up 2 flights of stairs .
Front porch that overlooks Rose Lane and vehicle parking for cars and small trucks .
Living room with a Television chairs and sofa was nice when friends or family met up with us .
We had a Roomy , Equipped kitchen with Dining table close to front door.
Spacious Cozy Bedroom Comfortable Bed with a private door leading to the back deck that overlooks the pool with table , chairs and sofas . Easy access to the pool .
Cute patio with chairs around the pool side .
Clean Villa with Pool towels .
The staff was just a call away and was very helpful and friendly .
The Parking is convenient for Cars that could be parked in front of Rose Lane easliy , Smaller Trucks could park in spaces but tight if the cars were parked too close to the space lines or the smaller cars parked in the larger spaces which made it difficult for larger size trucks to park the spaces left were too tight to open a door and the rear hung out in the street . This was not good if you own a 4x4 truck or Crew Cab 4x4 the doors would be damaged when guests open their car doors .
I have a Ford 250 Crew Cab Truck 4x4 and parking was not accessible as spaces were too tight , very narrow not angled or wide enough to park the Truck where it did not hang out on Rose Lane .
To unload or load our luggage , 2 Dog Crates and two dogs we had to park on Rose Lane which blocked anyone from entering and leaving .

I Easily parked my Truck across the street from Old Town Manor which was alot more spacious parallel parking and had no problem there with parking .
The Villas are nice and kept up with clean area .
Very secure place to stay .
Highly recommend Rose Lane Villas and Old Town Manor as we have stayed at both when visiting Key West .

"We have been traveling with friends to Key West and staying at Alexander's for 20+ years. Now, when we get there it is like being at home. The staff are fantastic - always there to help make plans, answer questions, or correct a problem - which there rarely if ever is - or just to have a quick, fun conversation. One of the best things about Alexander's is the opportunity to meet and get to know other guests at breakfast, happy hour, or just sitting around the pool. By the time we've left, we've usually made some new friends that we often see the next year. We stay in Room 11, which we like because it doesn't open right onto the pool area. There are little upgrades and changes each year when we go back. From what we've seen, all the rooms are really nice. Alexander's is located a few blocks off Duval, which is great because you can easily walk to and be a part of all the fun on Duval. Or you can quickly escape back to the quiet around the pool."

"The location of the property makes it very confident to all of the action that Key West had to offer. However, the gardens and pool are secluded and give you a very nice place to rest and relax. Breakfast is amazing. The staff is so friendly and goes above and beyond to make you enjoy your meal. The waffles are so yummy! Bike rentals are available on the property. I would absolutely return to the Duval House."

"We loved our stay here! My husband and I went for our honeymoon this past week and couldn’t have picked a better spot. The location was walking distance to everything we needed. The room was so lovely and had great atmosphere. The environment of the whole place was so relaxing and was just as beautiful as the photos online. Every staff member was very kind and helpful with anything we needed or any recommendations we asked about. Patrick and Margarita were so kind. The pool was lovely. We also enjoyed the excursions we booked through their website (sunset dinner cruise, snorkeling and dolphin cruise) which were a great price and value. We will definitely be back!"

"We wish we had more time than we did in Key West, because we would have loved to have stayed longer here. We had the Audubon room and couldn't have been happier with the cleanliness and size, the bed was really comfortable and the check-in/check out was easy. There were only 2 parking spots, so 1st come 1st served...but that was not an issue as the street next to the place had plenty of parking on both sides."

"This place is AMAZING. I have been to Key West several times, but this last visit was my favorite by far because of Peggy and the whole crew. They are beyond accomodating and will give suggestions for restaurants, activities etc., and not to mention, SO friendly and kind. "A charming inn located in the quiet Truman Annex section of town. We enjoyed walking through the historic neighborhood on our way to the Duval Street, the Buoy, Hemmingway home area - short walks away. For walkers, The Weatherstation Inn is perfectly located. Our host, Jen, was friendly and gave lots of good info for our interests. Thanks, Jen! Our room was cheery, clean, and super comfortable. Breakfast was pleasant, with locally baked pastries, real yogurt, and other standard items to start the day. Freshly brewed coffee was excellent. If you like small venues, this is a perfect choice."

"Our experience at Ambrosia was simply a 10 out of 10. From the beautiful little oasis pool area to a great breakfast every morning, i could not say enough great things about this perfect getaway. I happened to run into the owner of the hotel. One most genuine real people that u very rarely see in this day and age. Overall if there was a 15 out of 10 this would be it. What a great time, thank you!"

"This was my first time staying at a B&B and it was such a great experience!
The house was a cute place conveniently located a few blocks from Duval Street. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and clean. The cost per night was affordable.
The best part was how accommodating the staff was. We stayed here only one night, and checked out the next morning. Our flight was late in the evening, so we wanted to hang out longer in Key West. Sandy allowed us to store our luggage at the house, gave us a suggestion on what beach to visit, let us borrow towels and even shower when we returned back to the house. It was nice that even though we had already checked out, we were still treated with hospitality!
I would highly recommend staying here, and it's likely I'll come back!"

"We stayed there in June and had the most amazing experience. The owners are kind and welcoming. Everything we needed was in walking distance but as we are both 50 we chose to get scooters made it a whole lot easier. The room we booked had a bathroom which was great. The bed was so comfy I did not want to leave it in the morning. I love that this is not a party place. I can not wait to go back."

"Such a hidden gem for accommodation in Key West! The rooms were affordable and clean & the service at the front desk was great. Moreover, the location was amazing—we were able to walk to anywhere we really wanted within 10-20 minutes.
They also have free breakfast in the mornings & a free ice machine available whenever (which was a lifesaver).
My favourite part of the stay was the random assortment of animals & the pool at the front. There were roosters & cats everywhere along with a bird near the guest registration."

"What a great property !!! We requested early check-in and the Staff reaponded quickly that they would try to accommodate us. Great reception - Shout out to Foster who made us feel welcome and got us into our incredible room.
Coffee & croissants in the reception area and we have yet to extract ourselves from our very comfortable bed to have a bit of continental breakfast.
This is Key West - you have many choices for lodging, but L'Habitation should bubble to the top of your choices. A charming touch of old Key West and just a block off Duval Street."

"Loved staying at Atlantis house. Close to the public beach but tucked away from hectic Duval street. Attractions were accessible by bikes provided. Tires were low when we got here but Shavon came and pumped them up the next day along with bringing us a roll of paper towels for the kitchenette.
Highly suggest renting some scooters for your stay. We didn’t end up doing it, but I could see how they would be handy to get around the island.
We rode down to get breakfast at the Corner Sandwich shop every morning. Doesn’t look like much but the sandos are delicious!
To note, there are two suites-The Palm and The Banyan, and they share the backyard deck. If both are booked you will be sharing the deck space with your neighbor.
Also chickens! The chicken roam the whole island and will crow at anytime of the day. Not super loud inside the room but you can hear them. We loved it and made us feel at home because we have chickens.
Also, the next door neighbor has a dog. Never woke up to it but did notice a bit of barking when I was out on the deck. Nothing horrible (and believe me, I’ve stayed at an Air BnB where the owners quarters were attached to our rental and dogs barked non-stop!)
Really enjoyed our stay and would book the Main residence for a family vacation if it wasn’t a minimum 28 day stay. Way more comfy and relaxing than a hotel."

"Our stay was a week long with the Smallest Bar Inn and was a great trip. I came in with zero expectations after reading reviews and honestly just wanting to enjoy the time I would have with family. But I do have to tell you all, most of those reviews are untrue based off my experience. We arrived Sunday evening and checked in at the bar. The guest rooms are tucked behind this amazing Cuban restaurant and the entire area is in a prime location. Our room was clean, had fresh towels, and a cold fridge. The only thing I didn’t like was the shear curtains we had in our room. Made it a little uncomfortable because anyone could look into our room. However, it didn’t ruin the experience because we had a twin mattress we put in front of our door to block the view. The upstairs has a great common area to mingle. The music wasn’t excessively loud considering it was spring break. Overall this place is a hidden gem in Duval!!!"

"Absolutely wonderful! Diana and her staff were so great in taking care of us. My boyfriend and I loved breakfast and it was made fresh every morning. Our room was so beautiful and romantic and we were able to get an early check in when we arrived! The pool was great and the added bonuses the hotel offers i.e beach chairs, coolers, towels were a nice welcome touch as well. Happy hour was also a nice touch and we loved the wine and snacks offered! Everything on the premise felt/looked clean and it was such a nice quiet location that was proximate to all the local tourist spots. Highly recommend and can't wait to stay here again when we revisit!"

Located on Duval Street one block from the Hemingway House, everything is within walking distance, and it is one block away from the nearest Duval Loop bus stop if you prefer not to walk. Complimentary breakfast every morning and dozens of restaurants are within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and attentive to the guests. The pool is clean and well maintained. The Old Town Tavern & Beer Garden is across the patio from the rooms with great food until 1am. "From the start, the staff at Marrero's was more than accommodating to all our needs. Communication was excellent from start to finish, complete with an app that gave us everything we needed to know during our stay.
Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a huge smile, making us feel right at home. Even before arrival, all text communications were warm and friendly, leaving you no doubt that there was a caring person on the other end, not just an automated bot.
The mansion itself was wonderful. The historic dwelling has been updated to reflect the Key West feel, while still retaining the beautiful history of the building.
The pool was wonderful, hidden behind tall walls that let the hustle-bustle of the Key West streets fade away for however long you wanted.
The 21 and over aspect of the mansion was fantastic. No screaming kids to ruin your quiet solitude.
The continental breakfast was simple, but more than adequate, supplying guests with options ranging from cereal and milk to fresh fruit, pastries and croissants.
The location was perfect. We were no more than 10-15 minute walk from any site we chose to visit (highly recommend leaving the rental car at the airport. Cab ride was only $18).
When it was time for us to leave, we were able to store our luggage at the mansion until we had to leave for our flight, which was 4 hours after the check-out time (airline changed the flight times on us). Again, the staff was more than happy to accommodate us under the circumstances.
Overall our stay at Marrero's Guest Mansion was nothing short of excellent. I would highly recommend it to any couples without children. The staff is top notch and you will receive 5 star treatment from the moment you make the reservation."

"We just had a 7-night stay at The Grand Guesthouse, and it was such an amazing and wonderful place to stay. The location was fantastic - quiet and comfortable. Enough off the beaten path for privacy and quiet, but close enough that the action was never far away. We opted out of a car altogether and instead rented bicycles (right from the Guesthouse), walked, or took a Lyft. The Guesthouse was so easy & so close to get to every where we wanted to be. The room itself was great - we did have a smaller room but it was cozy, comfortable & well-appointed, and super clean. The patio seating area was lovely & it was relaxing to be able to just hang out. This was the perfect place to be our home-base for the week. The breakfast was also really nice. It was not fancy, but it was perfect to be able to grab something in the morning to get us started for the day. The fresh-baked muffins were SO good (The cinnamon crumb muffins were the BEST) and there was plenty of variety for a light breakfast (and coffee/hot tea all day was great for us!). Lastly, but certainly not least...You will be hard-pressed to find better service ANYWHERE. Friendly, helpful, extremely knowledgeable about anything you need to know about the area, these folks are the BEST. They gave us great suggestions and really anticipated all of our needs. I would recommend this b&b to anyone and would definitely stay here again when we return to Key West!"

Camping & RV Parks

Most people really don't think of camping and RVing when they think of the Florida Keys. While it's a different take on the KW experience, it is a wonderful way to really enjoy the beauty and great weather. Experience anything from rustic camping to luxury RV rentals. Key West has some amazing camping options that have ocean views and are away from the hustle and bustle.

"It’s a good campground. Not too crowded especially compared to other RV camps in the area, facilities are very nice, and pretty easy to enter/exit. It is military only and you can’t have fires. We stayed for 80 days, weather was amazing every day except for 3, the beach area is nice, and the restaurant there is pretty decent. There are usually a few younger families too. The commissary and exchange are both small but it’s also Key West so it’s good for the area. If you plan on staying for a while and you have kids, there’s four parks, a rec building, church every Sunday at 1030 (at the rec building), a splash pad, teen center, and youth center. Great people great place."

We were first time visitors to the Keys and the staff was a wonderful resource for recommendations for food/activities in the area. I would highly recommend this campground."

"If you love to be around Key West in just 7 minutes of all It has to offer but still want to be in quiet small neighbor campgrounds without all the in/out of busy campers this is the place to be.

Fiona is an amazing host, she make sure you get all the information before arrival and answers all your questions. She is for sure very busy but as soon as you book with El Mar .. you are Home with her attentive and kindness.

The small but surely unique campground has from motor coach size availabilities to Fifth Wheels and smaller trailers sites. The water views have connection in either sides for the convenience to choose except end of site. Its only for Motor Coach since hook ups are at the right hand.

Here you can drop a smaller water sports like the kayak, floats inflatables on the property smaller dock. You can enjoy relaxing mornings and afternoons looking at part Atlantic ocean boats and sail boats at distance without the noise that surrounds them.

El Mar Rv Resort has become a place for us to settle from now on as we can find availability since they mostly rent for monthly terms but as well if there are spaces between the non business of low season (summer time) the you can try to get a spot also.

El Mar is also surrounded by various amazing restaurants, and fresh seafood markets, lots of options to rent Electric bikes if you dont have your own, scooters, golf carts and boat adventures just walking distances. And there is where Fiona is an amazing host. At your arrival you will receive a list of them or you may ask her for any other thing. She will make sure you enjoy the most of your staying.

Although the El Mar Resort is surrounded of smaller trailer homes this is not a concerned for safety at least on our stay. This community is the working class of Stockton Island and Key West and we have gone in our bikes up and down the restaurants nearby with no issue. Boyds campground is also close to this site but as I said, if you like a smaller quiet campsite this is the way to go. My husband and I have also notice that El Mar Resort in its private fence has police patrol almost every night 2 and 3 times a night just making sure our small Rv’ers are safe and everything is good. This really makes us feel very safe.

Internet is most of the time pretty good. We have only our cel phone company and are using our I-pad with the wifi connection from property and videos download good fair enough for us and also the cable programing is good. Local news and regular programing shows are available.

Thank you so much Fiona for the opportunity of meeting you personally and all the help you had provided before and after our arrival. We want to make this our Key West yearly stop as we find availability. Hope to see you next time"

The Florida Keys are an amazing destination for those with boats. Renting a spot at a marina and living right off your boat is a great way to experience Key West.

"Really like the amenities here. A couple restaurants/bars on the property and dozens with in a few minute's walk. The power on the dock is good, and the docks are floating. There is a fitness center, pool, fishing pier, gas barbecues, sauna, laundry machines, and lounge deck. It's also a lively place so if you're feeling social it's a good place to be. And the few interactions with the staff were great."

"I like this marina in Key West. Dockmaster was very accommodating. Quite a few fishing charters here with some real friendly people. Plenty of parking. Clean restrooms. Place can get busy at times so be prepared to wait but it's worth it. The locals are very helpful don't be afraid to ask for information."

"We docked here after the Ft. Lauderdale-Key West Race. Absolutely superb service. After calling the dockmaster and letting him know we would be getting in very late, he changed our assigned slip to make it as easy as possible to spot late at night. We will definitely be coming back here next year."

If I was going to be and a Marina in Key West it would probably be sunset Marina. The Marina store here was great had a bunch of stuff just like a convenience store and the cashier was fantastic and very helpful. I don't think I saw one piece of trash in the water floating real pretty little place"

"We rented a Pontoon deck boat from Cow Key Marina. We had a great time. This was the best deck boat I've ever rented. It had an appropriately sized engine (unlike the typically puny engines common PM rentals). The staff did a very thorough job demonstrating safety features and equipment for the boat. They also helped us chart some great swimming and snorkeling locations around the area. Everyone had a terrific time. When we return to the Keys we will return here for Boat Rentals. They also offer rentals worth considering."

"This will make it out third stay at Stock Island Marina Village. There are several reasons that we chose this marina. It's close to shopping so it's easy to rent a car and get provisions for the boat at Publixs, Winn Dixie, Ross, etc. It's away from the hustle and bustle of Mallory Square so there's a lot less boat traffic. It's a floating dock that's had many renovations. We continue to return because there are two beautiful pools, there's a free shuttle Publix's, Old Town Key West and the beach. There are great restaurants and I love that drinks can be delivered to the pool. Most of all, we love that it's quiet. I really enjoy peacefully waking around the marina and taking in the sights or shopping at the cute stores in the Village. There are also many amenities like renting scooters, bikes, etc. The marina is beautiful and sturdy. The staff is very, very friendly and extremely accommodating. We even receive a glass of Champaign upon check-in."

"This was a delightful location to enjoy the Key West atmosphere. Palm trees surrounding clean and simple amenities created a tropical rustic feeling. A great open space bar overlooking a private marina offered a relaxing environment with a great view. The staff was professional and friendly. A scooter or cab ride brought you anywhere on the key within 5-15 minutes. Also a quick ride to Stock Island. Highly recommend!!"

"This place was really great! We stayed in one of the houseboats, and it was great! The pool was awesome, the staff was nice, and the room was very clean. The location is a three minute drive to Duval St., and super close to the walk-able restaurants. If you’re saying here, I recommend Sandy’s Cafe for breakfast, and Mellow Cafe for lunch. The Thai place around the corner was really good too! This motel was great."

"Great marina! George was awesome, fitting us into a transient slip despite crushing, dynamic demand for slips and mooring balls. Facilities were super clean and plentiful. Onsite restaurant and bar were solid and staffed with friendly professionals. The best part was the local cruising community. Always somebody to catch your lines or help with a boat project."

"Key west yacht club is a hidden gem of key west, after sailing from Connecticut and searching many marinas to settle down in for a time we located KWYC, their on site restaurant has some of the best food around and with dockage at reasonable rates you just can't go wrong, Paul and the staff of KWYC could not have been more inviting... After hundreds of stops coming down the east coast KWYC 5 stars"

"The only downfall to our stay here, was we had to leave back to the cold Ohio fall. Everything was fabulous. From the clean rooms, to being a prime location and close to everything Marathon has to offer. The front desk manager Angel was awesome, he took the time to explain everything to us during check in, including where to park our trailer, and showed us where everything was on the map. He is an asset to the team. As well as the bartender Jay, he was so friendly, and very engaged with his customers. We had the chance to meet the GM Chris as well, it means the world to people when management takes the time to meet and Interact with guests. We stayed 4 nights, and had the best time. We will definately be back. Not only because of the cleanliness of the property but more so the welcoming and outstanding service and interactions we received from the staff. If I could score the service a 10 , I would. Thanks for a trip and memories our family will remember for a lifetime!!! See ya next time!!!!!!!"

"The sun was shining high over the crystal-clear waters of Geiger Key Marina, as I made my way to this iconic Jimmy Buffett hangout. The air was filled with the sounds of live music, laughter, and the clinking of glasses, as locals and tourists alike gathered to enjoy the laid-back atmosphere of this waterside bar and grill.

The menu at Geiger Key Marina is a celebration of fresh seafood and Caribbean-inspired dishes, with a range of options to satisfy all tastes and preferences. I started with the conch chowder, which was thick and hearty, with tender chunks of conch and a hint of spice. For the main course, I went with the classic fish tacos, which were loaded with juicy fish, fresh salsa, and tangy sauce. The flavors were a perfect combination of sweet, salty, and savory.

The service was outstanding, with friendly and knowledgeable staff who made sure I had everything I needed throughout my meal. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, with a fun and relaxed vibe that's quintessentially Jimmy Buffett.

In addition to the great food and service, Geiger Key Marina also offers an impressive selection of cocktails, including the signature margaritas that are a must-try for any visitor. The live music adds to the overall experience, with talented musicians playing a mix of classic and modern tunes that keep the energy level high.

Overall, Geiger Key Marina is a fantastic spot that offers delicious food, great drinks, and an atmosphere that's both lively and laid-back. It's a must-visit destination for anyone looking to experience the fun-loving spirit of Key West, and a place that will leave a lasting impression on anyone who visits."
